  • Parliamentary Select Committee publishes meat contamination report following horse meat scandal

    ‘The Environment, Food and Rural Affairs parliamentary select committee has published its final report on the horse meat contamination incident. The Association of Public Analysts welcomes the report which calls on the government to ensure sufficient numbers of public analysts and laboratories to enable the UK to respond to food scares such as the horse meat scandal.
