Response by the APA to the Elliott Review into the Integrity and Assurance of Food Supply Networks

The Association of Public Analysts have published their response to the Elliott Review into the Integrity and Assurance of Food Supply Networks The report is broadly welcomed by the APA, though there is a feeling that the description of the current set-up is not entirely accurate. The recommendation that public sector laboratories try to join together is also welcomed but there is acknowledgement that this sector does not exist in isolation and that the private sector should also be involved, reflecting the current situation.
