Report on Examination and Analysis of Food - week-long residential course 2012
Another successful week long course was held at Reading in April 2012 and attracted 19 delegates, 10 for the whole week and 9 for specific individual sessions. The majority of delegates were from Public Analyst Laboratories with Reading University, FSA and LGC making up the remainder. The teaching consisted of a mix of lectures; laboratory practical sessions and interactive exercises. A copy of the report by Michael Walker, the APA’s Training Officer, is attached below.
