BBC Radio 4 Food Programme - Horsemeat and the Irish burger scandal

In a special edition of The Food Programme to be broadcast on Sunday 20th January at 12:30 pm and Monday21st January at 3:30 pm, Sheila Dillon talks to APA Past President Dr Duncan Campbell, former regulators and experts on food processing to find out how it could have happened.
The interview with Duncan Campbell is likely to include comments about the limited resources available to local authority regulators.
