Glasgow Scientific Services' Olympic Debut

In partnership with Strathclyde Fire and Rescue and Strathclyde Police, the scientific advisers travelled the length and breadth of Scotland in the security convoy following the Olympic torch as part of a rapid deployment team in the event of a hazardous materials incident. The team were also present for the Olympic football matches that took place in Glasgow.
