    Proficiency Testing is a quality performance tool used to determine the performance of individual laboratories for specific tests and to monitor laboratories’ continuing performance.
    The equipment measured was a range of stainless steel weights from 5 kilograms to 100 milligrams. The weights were measures using UKAS accredited methods, the same as applied to all weights submitted from both internal and external customers.
