  • Invitation to join a new knowledge network facilitated by LGC on behalf of safefood

    Food allergy is an increasing problem with severe detriment of quality of life and the risk, though rare, of life threatening anaphylaxis. Food intolerance is also a barrier to the modern quality of life all have a right to expect. There are also problems for food manufacturers in supplying properly formulated and labelled food.


    The mission of our network is to facilitate cooperation between everyone with an interest in food allergy and food intolerance.


    Through the network we aim to
    Improve the quality of life of those with food allergies and food intolerance
    Make it easier for food companies to supply safe food, and
    Promoting exchange of knowledge about all aspects of food allergy and food intolerance.
