FSA Review a displacement activity?

APA President, Duncan Campbell, believes that reviewing the Food Safety (Sampling & Qualifications) Regulations 1990 when there is unprecedented budgetary constraint and no-one really understands how our EU neighbour states organise food safety control, is merely a displacement activity and that the FSA is failing to grasp the real issues at stake.

UK must end the postcode lottery in its food law enforcement

After receiving the “Local Hero Award 2009” of the Food Commission and Caroline Walker Trust at a ceremony in London, Dr Duncan Campbell, President of the Association of Public Analysts, has called for the introduction of a nationally-coordinated and resourced food law enforcement service.
