 Worcester Opening 2Dr. Campbell said:

In these difficult economic times it is reassuring to see that Worcestershire County Council is prepared to invest in and commit to the future of Worcestershire Scientific Services. The public, officers and legitimate businesses of the county will benefit as will their client authorities and the wider Public Analyst Service.

The head of the laboratory, Liz Moran, said:

I am delighted that the Council values the service provided by the laboratory and has been willing to invest in its future. Myself and Paul (Hancock) can now concentrate on developing the service to meet the challenges that future enforcement work will bring.
