Public Analysts Attend "Science in Parliament" 2007

Public Analysts Robbie Beattie from Edinburgh, Stuart Joyce from Glasgow and Jane Couper from Tayside Scientific Services attended the latest event of Science in Parliament which was held in "Our Dynamic Earth Centre" in Edinburgh next door to the Scottish Parliament building.

The event brings together scientists and pressure groups with legislators from the Scottish Parliament to discuss issues of the day. There was good interest in the exhibits displayed which included counterfeit wine, food additives and a range of items such as teeth, nails, screws and plasters alleged to have been found by consumers in food.
